Two local realtors provide a snapshot of the Matawan and Aberdeen real estate market in July.
Homes for sale in Matawan spent an average of 144 days on the market while homes in Aberdeen spent an average of 58 days on the market, according to an EXIT Realty blog on Matawan-Aberdeen Patch.
In Matawan, six single family homes sold for an average price of $299,833 with an average listing price of $317,800. In Aberdeen, 24 single family homes sold with an average price of $304,663 with an average listing price of $319,343.
