UPDATE: State Police ID Victim of GSP Crash

Police identify victim as Sakiv Salim, 21, of Woodbridge

State police have identified Sakiv Salim, 21, of Woodbridge, as the driver in a fatal, one car accident on the Garden State Parkway early Wednesday morning, Aug. 17, at about 2:40 a.m.

Police say that Salim was killed when his car rolled over and hit the guardrail while traveling on the northbound side of the parkway near mile marker 119.

Police say there were no witnesses and are still investigating the cause of the accident.
