Three Indicted for Cocaine Possession

A Grand Jury voted to indict two Matawan residents and a Freehold resident Tuesday

A Monmouth County jury voted Tuesday to indict two Matawan residents and one Freehold resident for possession of a controlled dangerous substance.

Police say that Elizabeth Rowe, 19, and Daniel Westerkamp, 21, of Matawan and Peter Zaleski, 18, of Freehold were in possession of cocaine in Freehold Township on Dec. 31, 2011.

It is a third degree crime.

The Grand Jury's vote does not determine guilt or innocence, only that charges may be brought against the people named in the indictment.
