East Brunswick Man Indicted for Issuing Bad Checks in Aberdeen

The Grand Jury handed up the indictment Oct. 19

A Monmouth County Jury voted Wednesday to indict an East Brunswick man for issuing bad checks.

Police say that William Kurilla, 44, issued $9,607.85 worth in bad checks to Home Surplus of Keyport, which is located in Aberdeen, on April 22.

Aberdeen Township Police and released him pending a court appearance.

The Grand Jury's vote does not determine guilt or innocence, only that charges may be brought against the people named in the indictment.
