Aberdeen Township Police Blotter: July 25-July 27

The Aberdeen Township Police made the following arrests July 25- July 27, 2011:

• Anthony Butala, 26, of Aberdeen, was arrested on July 26, 2011 for receiving stolen property and theft. He was released with a summons pending a court appearance. Det. Hank Chevalier was the arresting officer.
• Kaj C. Schaller, 27, of Aberdeen, was arrested on July 26, 2011 on a contempt of court warrant out of Marlboro municipal court. He was released after posting $500 cash bail. Det. Hank Chevalier was the arresting officer.
• Michael B. Shank, 22, of Parsippany, was arrested on July 27, 2011 on contempt of court warrants out of Aberdeen and South Amboy municipal courts. He was released after posting $1,750 bail. Special Officers Michael Sullivan and Michael Scarpa made the arrest.
