Obituary: Doris W. Cuomo, 81, of Aberdeen

Doris W. Cuomo, 81, of Aberdeen, passed away Sunday April 7, 2013 at Riverview Medical Center, Red Bank. Born in Elizabeth, Doris lived in Union before moving to Aberdeen 60 years ago. She was employed in her family’s business, Manalapan Hardware for 30 years. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her. 

Doris is predeceased by her beloved husband, Alfonso Cuomo; and her parents, Theodore and Margaret Underwald. She is survived by her loving children, Michael Cuomo and his wife Michelle of Aberdeen, Allan Cuomo and his wife Carol of Englishtown, and Christine Butkowski of Middletown; 9 cherished grandchildren, and 10 great grandchildren. 

Family and friends are invited, Tuesday, April 9, 2013, from 2-4 & 7-9PM at Day Funeral Home, 361 Maple Place, Keyport, NJ  07735; and Wednesday, April 10, 2013, 10AM, with a 10:30AM service at the funeral home.  Interment will follow at Shoreland Memorial Gardens, Hazlet.
