Papa Ganache is one of the newest additions to Main Street in Matawan. They offer mostly organic, vegan baked goods that are free of cholesterol, eggs, dairy, trans-fats, hydrogenated oils and high fructose corn syrup. Papa Ganache is also in the process of expanding their gluten-free line of sweets.
