Aberdeen Recreation Department Senior Trip to Sight & Sound Theater Sign Up

Sign ups are now taking place for the Aberdeen Township Recreation Department's senior citizens trip to the Sight & Sound Theater in Strasburg, Pa. on October 23 to see "Noah."

The trip is open to Aberdeen seniors age 55 and older.  Non-resident seniors can sign up after the August 27 resident deadline, if space is available.  The cost of the trip, $70.00 for residents and $75.00 for non-residents includes theater admission and dinner at the Shady Maple Smorgasbord restaurant.

Buses will depart from Temple Shalom, located on Ayrmont Lane and Church Street, at 8:30 am and from the parking lot of the A&P shopping center on Highway 35 in Cliffwood at 9:00 am.  Buses will return home at approximately 9:00 pm.

Checks should be made payable to "Aberdeen Recreation." Township seniors who are members of the VFW Senior Citizen Club are asked to sign up at the club meeting.  Non-members may sign up at the Recreation Department Office located at the Aberdeen Township Municipal Building or through the mail. All trips are non-refundable.  Checks should be sent to the attention of M.
