I am the owner of The MAX Challenge of Old Bridge, located at 3879 Route 516, in the Village at Town Square Shopping Center.

The MAX is a 10 Week Body Transformation program that helps participants to make fast and lasting changes to their health, fitness and appearance.  Results are achieved by combining nutritional counseling, fitness classes and success coaching into an easy to follow program.  Being in the MAX is like having a personal trainer, success coach and nutritional counselor all for $7 a class.

This program offers a sense of community, provides positive energy, and is for ALL people. 

I am looking forward to meeting and serving the residents of Old Bridge and surrounding areas in the near future.
