Keyport Man Indicted for Alleged Sexual Assault in Holmdel
Thomas Maher of Keyport was indicted for an alleged sexual assault which occurred in July.
Thomas Maher, 36 of Keyport was indicted in December on charges of an alleged sexual assault in Holmdel Township. Maher allegedly used physical force and coercion on a victim in Holmdel Township, who county reports call "physically helpless and mentally incapacitated," due to mental disease. The Keyport resident was also indicted on charges of aggravated assault and terroristic threats, for allegedly causing "serious bodily injury" to and threatening the life of the victim.
