After Sandy, Some Less Concerned About Nor'easter
In Union Beach, residents at a local watering hole said they don't expect much from this weekend's storm.
It started raining early Friday morning, the start of a Nor'easter's assault on an already Hurricane Sandy-battered New Jersey Coast. By Friday night, the rain is expected to turn to snow. Heavy wind could cause flooding along tidal areas of the Shore. Some towns have already advised their residents to seek higher ground. Despite the warnings, some residents expressed their doubts about the potential of this storm, chalking up the Nor'easter fervor to a post-Sandy destruction hangover.
