I was initially impressed when I went to visit this center. (The Director gave a good sales pitch.) However, after several months of my son attending school here I had to withdraw him from the center. The information and commmunication between the staff was inconsistent and continuously changing. The teachers in the preschool 1 class were cold and not personable at all. I witnessed one of the teachers yelling at kids in the class on more than one occasion. The over all expectations of the students were unrealistic. My son's self esteem was affected because of the way the teachers made him feel when he didn't write as well as other students or get a concept immediately. The teachers were so busy trying to meet the expectations of the corporate office that they didn't engage with the kids or spend the extra time working with them when it was needed. Everytime I walked into the classroom I'd find the teachers working on projects to post outside in the halls (cutting construction paper and etc.) vs. playing or teaching. My overall experience was not a good one. I wouldn't recommend this center.

This week is my 4YO's first week here at TLE. The staff is extremely welcoming and willing to answer all of our questions. The school is bright and clean, and decorated with all of the students' projects! My daughter loves it. The only thing i regret is not enrolling her sooner!

We have been very happy with our son's experience at TLE Matawan. He has learned so much during his time there, including sign language and basic Spanish. TLE Matawan is a welcoming, clean, bright facility and the staff genuinely cares for the children.

After much research and touring of different facilities we decided to send our 3 year old son to The Learning Experience. We have only been with The Learing Experience for a short time, but in this time my son has not only adjusted well and made friends, but went from never going potty to almost always asking and going on his own in under a week! I feel very comfortable sending him there knowing that he not only will be cared for, but also enriched academically.

TLE Matawan is perfect blend providing excellent day care and education. Right from the smiles and open arms that welcome to a fun filled educational day & hug filled good byes at the end. Our son is learning so much beyond our expectations. He stated reading fluently before 5, knows all 50 states with capitals, loves math and still wants more!!! Thanks to TLE. We love the teachers, director & owner.

The Learning Experience @ Matawan is a great place, I feel extremely comfortable with the staff here and my son loves to go to school everyday. Nordia C.

I love them! I can honestly say they have gone above and beyond my expectations in a daycare/school setting for young children. Every morning we are welcomed with smiles and my son learns so much from all the wonderful instructors each and every day. The Learning Experience team reaches out and honestly cares about the children that they provide care for every day.

We like The Learning Experience (TLE) for our son. He had attended a few schools in the past for preschool and for prek. We enrolled him in the Kindergarten program at TLE and we cannot say enough about how much he has learned since his first day at the center. Thank you to the wonderful and caring staff, Maria the director and Sital the owner for maintaining a state of the art, top notch facility for our children to learn.

We like The Learning Experience (TLE) for our son. He was so shy and quiet before he went to the TLE and now he is socializing with all the kids. The learning programs at TLE is age appropriate and my son is learning new things everyday. I want to thank the staff and Director for maintaining such a wonderful center for the kids.
