I am totally surprised at the reviews on this page of Delta Collision. I took my 2009 Acura there to be repaired through the Geico Program. My experience was excellent. The customer service was great, everyone was friendly, and when completed, my vehicle actually looked brand new. I could not even tell that my car had been in an accident. Delta Collision also did a full detail on my vehicle. I would totally recommend this shop to anyone who needs collision work done on their vehicle.

i was referred to delta by my insurance company after a minor front end accident. After 4 weeks of repairs i was told my car is ready to be picked up, I went to pick up the car paid my $500.00 deductable and was handed my keys no one from delta discussed my car at all ,as i proceeded to drive my car off the lot approxametly 500 feet the dash board lights lite up and the engine stopped delta towed it back to there garage and called me a week later and stated my engine was blown due to lack of maintance on my 2005 Toyota Camry XLT which was in top running condition with maintance records to verify. Delta ( Eddie) had stated they drove the car to get a wheel alighnment and heard noise in the engine and added 2 quarts of oil after he returned to the shop 20 miles round trip. My car had never had one maintanace issue or dashboard light ever. I bought the car new in 2005. Somebody at delta did something to my car and let me come pick it up drive it away and never said a word to me that my car had any issues at all and some how i am responsible for a new engine at $5000.00. BE VERY CAREFUL OF DELTA AND ESPECIALLY EDDIE THEY ARE A SHADY COMPANY.

Did not complete service of car, they claim part was back ordered for 3-4 months! they said they would call when part comes in. It took them almost a month to do cosmetic work, but i still have to wait for this other part they claim is going to take about 4 mths to complete job. Car was in worse condition mechanically when i got it back then after my accident. When I got my car back it smelled badly of smoking. They claim that no one smoked in my car and that vehicle was detailed. I'm not a smoker & the only driver of vehicle. I have asthma so it wasn't me unless my 5 year old daughter took it on a joy ride and filled it with cigarette smoke and it was far from being detailed. They just barely vaccumed! I don't plan to go back & will not recommend to anyone.

Worse service ever. I had to return my car three times to re-do work. Each time I took my car back they told me they had to reorder the parts, they ordered the wrong parts, the parts are on back order, etc. They gave me a different story each time. What was quoted as a 5 day job ended up being a 30 day job. Finally, after picking up my car up for the third time, they told me I have to return a fourth time to complete the job.
I decided not to return and go elsewhere to fully complete the job. Also, they never called me to provide an update. The first time they told me it would take 5 days, I had to call them twice to get a status update. The second and third time they stated the job will take 1-2 days. It took 7-8 days each time. Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT take your car here, even if this is an "Express Service" under Geico.
