Weekend Bake Sale Aims to Benefit Children In Need
Sanzio Salon hosting bake sale Friday through Sunday
After raising more than $4,500 last year, the Sanzio Salon and Day Spa in Matawan again is hosting a bake sale to benefit children in need.
The seventh annual sale runs on Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the salon's 1008 Route 34 location.
Nearly $23,000 in total has been raised by the bake sale throughout the years, according to organizers. Proceeds benefit children with medical needs and the nonprofit Rainbow Foundation.
