New Jersey McDonald's Employees Lend Union Beach a Hand
Some 30 volunteers joined in the effort.
Over 30 New Jersey McDonald's employees joined the United Way of Monmouth County in Union Beach on Friday in the Sandy Rebuild Volunteer project effort.
The volunteer project was part of McDonald’s People Week, according to a press release. The volunteers worked to restore three locations impacted by Superstorm Sandy. The work included debris removal, sheet rock installation, painting and plastering, the release stated.
