A Very Merry Christmas for the Families of Raine and St. Benedict

Aberdeen restaurant hosts charity holiday dinner

Piazza Di Roma sponsored A Very Merry Christmas Party for the families of Raine and the St. Benedict Parish St. Vincent de Paul Society on Sunday, Dec. 18.

“The owner of the restaurant, Rosalia Randazzo, called me and offered to coordinate this wonderful party. She said she realized how really bad things were for many this year and wanted to help the community. We are so blessed to have this local business support our families in need," said Cathy Warshaw, St. Benedict Parish administrator. "It truly exemplifies the meaning of the Christmas season.”

The evening was full of music, dancing and plenty of food and topped off with a visit from Santa Claus, according to Randazzo.
