Kids Yoga

Kids Yoga Classes starting next week! 

Ages 2-5

Tuesdays 11:15am-12:15pm

Your child will enjoy learning Yoga in a fun, loving, and nurturing environment. This playful class encourages self-expression as well as building social skills. Children will strengthen their bodies as they learn how to focus through breathing and relaxation techniques. We will incorporate games and themed activities that will focus on improving confidence, creating more awareness and expanding their physical abilities.
