Tuesday will continue mostly sunny, with a high near 97, while Wednesday expected to reach 95 with a chance of thunderstorms and showers in the afternoon.

A heat advisory is currently in effect for Tuesday and Wednesday on the National Weather Service website. The advisory warns that the heat index values for Tuesday and Wednesday afternoon should be in the 100 to 105 degree range.
