Heat Wave Causes Early Dismissals
District schools are closing early today and tomorrow due to extreme heat.
All schools will be operating on an early dismissal schedule today and tomorrow, June 9, due to a severe heat advisory.
The Y-time program at Cliffwood, Ravine Drive, Strathmore and Llyod Road elementary schools will continue as planned in an air conditioned room within each building.
The high school Senior Acheivement Awards Ceremony tonight at 7:00 PM will remain as planned in the auditorium, which is air conditioned.
