Townhouses on Road Named for Fallen Aberdeen Marine Reach the Market

Newly constructed townhouses in The Bluffs at Aberdeen are popping up for sale.

A newly built townhouse on a road in Aberdeen that is dedicated to a fallen marine is for sale for $287,900.

The road, now known as LCpl. Phillip E. Frank Way, is a quiet, winding one off of County Road that is home to a newly finished development of townhouses called The Bluffs at Aberdeen.

LCpl. Phillip E. Frank was killed in action in Iraq on April 8, 2004, a few months before his twenty-first birthday. The marine grew up in the Cliffwood section of Aberdeen. He attended Cliffwood Elementary, Matawan Aberdeen Middle School, and Matawan Regional High School.

The townhouse, located at 98 Philip E. Frank Way, is a three-story building with three bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a one-car garage and a driveway. There are several similar units on the market as well, and can be viewed on Realtor.com.

Children would attend Cliffwood Elementary School
