The address was originally scheduled for Tuesday, Jan. 10 but was postponed by Christie after Assembly Minority Leader Alex DeCroce (R-Parsippany) . Christie delivered a eulogy to DeCroce instead.

The governor will spend about an hour discussing his plans for the coming year. He's expected to talk about possible changes to the state's education system, property tax reform, and how he hopes to get the state budget under control.
