Agenda: Aberdeen Zoning Board to Hold Reorganization & Regular Action Meeting

The Zoning Board of Adjustment will meet at 7:30 p.m. at town hall.

The Aberdeen Township Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold their annual reorganization meeting immediately followed by a regular action meeting at 7:30 p.m. on Jan. 23 at town hall. 

During the reorganization meeting, the board will select their chairperson, vice chairperson, secretary, attorney, engineer, planner and meeting schedule.

The board expects to hear an application from McDonald's on Route 34 in Aberdeen. The company, according to the agenda, wants to demolish the existing building and drive-thru and construct a new 4,252 square foot building with two drive-thru ordering points, signage and other related improvements.
