Aberdeen Will Have 37 Affordable Housing Units for Rent at the Bluffs

People with low and moderate incomes may qualify for one of the 37 new affordable housing units available for rent in the Bluffs at Aberdeen development.  

The Bluffs at Aberdeen are located at Cpl Phillip E. Frank Way, Cliffwood, NJ (Route 35 South to County Road).

MONTHLY RENTS:

$501 - $1,292 (tenant pays gas, electric & sewer)

Note:  Opportunities are available in the following bedroom size and income categories

7 - One Bedroom (low)  

12 - Two Bedrooms (low)

18 - Three Bedrooms (moderate)
