Aberdeen to Auction Surplus Land Near Lower Main Street

The Aberdeen Township Council approved a resolution at their regular action meeting Oct. 18 that declared a lot on Brown Place as surplus and offers the property for public auction.

The property is Lot 4 of Block 263, which is located on Brown Place. The property is for sale as is and cannot be sold for tax exempt purposes and cannot be subdivided.

The minimum acceptable bid is $3,500 and must be received by 2 p.m. on Nov. 28 in a sealed envelope addressed to Township Manager Holly Reycraft at Township Hall, which is located at One Aberdeen Square, Aberdeen, New Jersey.
