Two Indicted for Forgery

Grand Jury handed up indictment on Wednesday

A Monmouth County Grand Jury voted yesterday to indict two people -- one from Red Bank and the other from Holmdel --  for two counts of forgery in connection to a report of forgery by an Aberdeen bank, according to the County Prosecutor's office.

Police say that Justin Zeidner, 20, of Red Bank and Casandra Kimball, 20, of Holmdel tried to pass off a forged check at Bank of America on March 23, 2011.

Both are third degree crimes.
