Police: Matawan Man Charged With Two Car Burglaries

He allegedly burglarized two cars in Long Branch.

A Matawan man was charged with two counts of burglary after he allegedly broke into two cars parked in Long Branch.

Police say Patrick Scalici, 18, entered a 2006 Jeep and a 2010 Ford parked at a Seven Eleven in the township on Tuesday, Feb. 19, according to court documents.

Bail was set at $20,000 with a ten percent cash option.
