Police Investigate Damaged Train Station Fence

Aberdeen police say fence damage was discovered Aug. 12

The Aberdeen Township Police are investigating damage done to a 20 foot section of fence at the NJ Transit parking lot on Atlantic Avenue.

The damage was reported on Aug. 12, according to Aberdeen Chief of Police John Powers.

Chief Powers said that they had received reports of people using the property, and suspect that homeless individuals may be using the old factory on it. It appears whoever damaged the fence used machinery to do so, he said.
