Motorcyclist Transported to Hospital After Accident Entering Parkway in Aberdeen

The victim's identity and condition were not immediately available

A motorcyclist was transported by ambulance to Jersey Shore University Medical Center Monday night after the driver lost control of the motorcycle on the Garden State Parkway, according to NJ State Police.

Police say that shortly after 8 p.m., the motorcyclist took the southbound entrance of the Parkway from Lloyd Road in Aberdeen, passed through the toll plaza, and lost control of the motorcycle. The motorcycle then struck a guard rail.

The victim's identity and condition were not immediately available.
