Man Jailed For Using Another’s Urine On A Drug Test 

A Howell man on probation for a previous offense was charged Thursday with using the urine of another to defraud a court-ordered drug test, according to an arrest warrant.  

David Gray, 31, of Darien Road, was charged for possessing two bottles of urine that were not his own and using one to defraud a drug test in violation of his probation, the warrant says.

Gray was taken to Monmouth County jail, Freehold Township, in lieu of $150,000 cash bail, where he was still listed as an inmate on Friday.

A Pennsylvania man was arrested and charged in Holmdel Thursday with being a fugitive from justice, according to an arrest warrant.

Jason F. Mitchell, 28, of Tobyhanna, Pa., was arrested and charged with on an active arrest warrant issued out of Monroe County, Pa., for failure to appear at a probation violation hearing, according to the warrant.

Mitchell was taken to Monmouth County jail, Freehold Township, in lieu of $100,000 bail, where he was still listed as an inmate Friday afternoon.
