Matawan Man Sexually Assaulted Underage Relative, Prosecutor Says
Porfirio Garcia-Martinez was indicted on two counts.
A Monmouth County grand jury indicted a Matawan man last Friday on charges he sexually assaulted a relative who was under 16 years old, according to the Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office.
Porfirio Garcia-Martinez, 26, of Main Street was indicted on one count of aggravated sexual assault and one count of endangering the welfare of a child.
Garcia-Martinez allegedly sexually penetrated the child in October 2012.
