A PSL is a one-time fee that provides a license to individuals for the subsequent purchase of season tickets. The PSL was set up by the Giants Stadium, LLC to coincide with the opening of the MetLife Stadium in 2010.   Information pertaining to the PSL program was sent out to season ticket holders.

Gorman fraudulently represented the PSL program information sent to him by the Giants by displaying documents to the victims detailing he personally possessed 28 PSLs, according to the prosecutor's office. In some instances, Gorman also misrepresented himself as the ticketing manager for the New York Giants.  The victims paid Gorman in full and never received their seats for the 2010 football season.

Anyone with additional information or anyone who has had contact with Gorman concerning the purchase of PSLs is urged to call the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office at 1-800-533-7443.
