Laurence Harbor Man Charged with DWI After Route 35 Accident

David Eisenman, 51, of Laurence Harbor was charged with driving while intoxicated and leaving the scene of an accident following a crash on Route 35 in Holmdel on Friday at 9:55 p.m.

Police responded to the area after receiving a report that the driver of a vehicle rear-ended another and then ran away. Police located the car and the driver, identified by authorities as Eisenman, was placed under arrest and also charged with reckless driving, driving with a suspended license and failure to report an accident.

Eisenman was processed and released pending a court date.
