Keyport Man Faces Trial On Charges of Dealing Heroin Near Henry Hudson Trail

A Monmouth County Grand Jury has indicted a Keyport resident on charges related to dealing heroin at or near the Henry Hudson Trail in Matawan on November 26, 2013.

The jury voted that Terrill D. Spann, 26, of Chingarora Ave. should stand trial on one count of third-degree heroin possession,  one count of possession of a controlled dangerous substance with intent to distribute, and one count of second-degree intent to distribute within 500 feet of a public park (the Henry Hudson Trail).

An indictment is not a conviction, and every defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
