House on Avalon Lane in Aberdeen Burglarized Sunday, Police Say
Police say someone got in through a rear window.
The Aberdeen police are investigating a house burglary at Avalon Lane on Sunday. The house was unoccupied at the time, police said.
Avalon Lane is located off Line Road, which is the Hazlet boundary.
Police officers responded to an alarm at approximately 8:30 p.m. and discovered entry had been made through a rear window.
Some jewelry and a watch with a total value of $2,500 were reported taken.
Police Officer Matthew McDow investigated.
