Freehold Man Indicted on Charges of Possession, Intent to Distribute in Matawan
A Monmouth County Grand Jury handed up the indictment Thursday
A Monmouth County Grand Jury voted Thursday to indict a Freehold man for fourth degree possession of marijuana and third degree intent to distribute.
Police say that on Jan. 18, Davon Reid, 22, was in possession of more than 50 grams of marijuana including any adulterants or dilutants in Matawan Borough.
The Grand Jury's vote does not determine guilt or innocence, only that charges may be brought against the people named in the indictment.
