Aberdeen Man Accused of Exposing Himself to Children in Keyport

Amir Zebardast was indicted on charges stemming from a June 2013 incident. He was previously arrested on similar charges.

A Cliffwood Beach man was indicted on sexual assault, lewdness and child endangerment charges on Friday.

Amir Zebardast, 32, allegedly exposed himself to three girls under 13 in Keyport on June 26, 2013. The nine-count indictment charges him with sexual assault, lewdness and child endangerment against each of the girls.

Zebardast has previously been accused of exposing himself to children. He was arrested in Union Beach on March 25, 2012 on child endangerment and lewdness charges. Aberdeen police charged Zebardast with criminal sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child for allegedly exposing himself to two 14-year-old girls near VFW Park.
