Police activity by the numbers in Aberdeen

Aberdeen police responded to or initiated 284 calls for service in mid-November, according to statistics released by the department. 

Among the calls handled by officers between Nov. 13 and 19 were:

  • Seven suspicious persons/vehicles
  • 21 alarms
  • 16 first aid calls
  • Six motor vehicle crashes
  • Six thefts
  • Four disorderly persons
  • Two domestic violence incidents
  • Two burglaries
  • One criminal mischief incident
  • During the time range, officers conducted 118 motor vehicle stops and issued 100 motor vehicle summonses.
