Police activity by the numbers in Aberdeen
Aberdeen police responded to or initiated 284 calls for service in mid-November, according to statistics released by the department.
Among the calls handled by officers between Nov. 13 and 19 were:
- Seven suspicious persons/vehicles
- 21 alarms
- 16 first aid calls
- Six motor vehicle crashes
- Six thefts
- Four disorderly persons
- Two domestic violence incidents
- Two burglaries
- One criminal mischief incident
- During the time range, officers conducted 118 motor vehicle stops and issued 100 motor vehicle summonses.
