Both Matawan and Aberdeen Offer Emergency Notification Systems

Here's how to sign up with your home phone, cell phone, and/or email

Many Matawan and Aberdeen residents were alerted within hours of in Middletown on Friday by email alerts or phone calls from their local government.

Both municipalities offer emergency notification systems that will call or email residents in case of an emergency. The system can also be used for less urgent issues, such as a disruption of garbage service or road closures.
