Belmar Man Charged in Aberdeen Burglary

Incident occurred on Oct. 9, according to police

A Belmar man was charged with robbery, burglary and theft following an incident on Lower Main Street in Aberdeen last week.

James M. Frank, 21, was charged with the offenses on Wednesday, Oct. 9, by Aberdeen police and taken to the Monmouth County Correctional Institution in default of bail, according to information released by Chief John Powers.

The incident was investigated by Officer Gus Grivas, Sgt. Raymond Sosa, Detective Manny Carabel, Sgt. Hank Chevalier and Detective Louis Nanna, according to Powers.
