Aberdeen Police Chief Speaks to Monmouth Recruits

Training for recruits is 20 weeks

Aberdeen's Chief of Police welcomed the new Monmouth County Police Academy recruits. 

John T. Powers spoke on behalf of the Monmouth County Police Chief's Association at orientation for basic recruits, according to a Monmouth County Sheriff's Office Facebook post made on Monday. 

Training for the new recruits will last 20 weeks, according to the Sheriff's Office.

"Good luck to the new recruits and stay safe," the post reads, which concludes with ‪#‎MCSONJ‬
