Aberdeen police also report motor vehicle offenses

A motor vehicle stop in Aberdeen led to drug charges for an Old Bridge man in late-December, police said.

Austin K. Genoa, 27, was stopped by Officer Frank Maisano on Shore Concourse on Dec. 29 and charged with drug and motor vehicle offenses, according to Aberdeen police.

Genoa was charged with marijuana possession, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute within 500 feet of a park, and tampering with evidence, police said.

Further more in an update to this bogus case, Intent to distribute marijuana, intent to distribute in school zone, and altering evidence are all felony charges giving at a later date after the arrest were all dropped/dismissed by a Monmouth County Grand jury. The remainder of the charges were ALL dismissed by an Aberdeen township municipal judge do the fact of a " Purge in Evidence " every Aberdeen police car is equipped with MVR (mobile vehicle recorders) in this mans case the tape mysteriously went missing leading in an indefinite dismissal of all charges remaining. This man still sits in jail due to a serious parole violation 100% fabricated by patrol officer Maisano. Not only is it a disgrace in the abuse of power by these small town cops, there is so much more to this case and many others that is left unsaid and recognized by our public due to one sided media articles like this. I'm not mad at the editors of this site as a matter of fact I'd like to be given a chance to bring the writers up to speed on this case specifically but also on the HIGH level of corruption that goes on with zero media exposure in the counties of New Jersey. Enuf is enuf with this one sided slandering media!
