The Grand Jury handed up the indictment Friday, Aug. 12

A Monmouth County Grand Jury voted Friday, Aug. 12 to indict an Aberdeen man for one count of lewdness, a fourth degree crime, and one count of endangering the welfare of a child, a third degree crime.

Police say Louis Hults, 65, exposed his "intimate parts" for the purpose of "arousing or gratifying his sexual desire" in the presence of three children on May 8. Two of the children were 12-years-old and one of the children was an 11-year-old.

The Grand Jury's vote does not determine guilt or innocence, only that charges may be brought against the people named in the indictment.
