Aberdeen Man and Alleged Accomplice Indicted on Marlboro Burglary Charges

Anthony Dileo of Colts Neck allegedly worked with Kevin McMahon of Aberdeen to break in to a Marlboro home.

A Monmouth County grand jury voted Wednesday to indict Anthony Dileo, 19, of Colts Neck, and Kevin McMahon, 19, of Aberdeen, on charges they broke into a Marlboro home.

The alleged crime happened on Feb. 9 of this year. According to the county indictment, investigators allege that Dileo and McMahon unlawfully entered the home with the intent to further commit a crime.

They are each charged with one count of third degree burglary.

An indictment does not indicate a conviction, only that formal charges may be brought against the individuals named in the indictment.
