$3,000 Worth of Copper Reported Stolen from Aberdeen Business

Copper wires were reported stolen from a contractor's garage

One thousand yards of copper wire was reported stolen from an electrical contractor on Cliffwood Avenue on April 18, according to Chief of Police John Powers.

The copper was stored on three separate spools in a garage behind the contractor's home, Powers said. At some point in the past two years, someone allegedly entered the garage and removed the spools, collectively worth $3,000.
