parking lot, Lake Lefferts

curious..is the parking lot on the corner of Ravine dr. and Matawan ave. being rented out to private companies? first, for the past few weeks a tree triming company has had about a 1/2 dozen trucks parked there overnight (and some all day) now, approximately 6000 ft. of drianage pipe has taken up a large portion of the lot i thought was for boat trailers  and park visitors of lake lefferts.?? is there a project going on or about to start?
