Main Street, Pool Club, Train Station

I was curious if anyone has any idea of when the pool club on lloyd road will be completed?  Seems like it's taking a very long time to complete it.                             

Just a general observation of main street and the train station, I've drive through a lot of towns and train stations in NJ but matawan has got to be on of the most depressing main st/train station areas I've ever seen.  I see that the train station is being discussed by both towns on their meeting agendas.  Is there any progress on this?  With main street, it seems like the town wants all of these stores to fail.  They put zero effort into the area besides planting flowers.  Are they ever going to try and revitalize the street or do they want all businesses on 34?  I don't understand.
