Union Beach Resident, Nurse Theresa Ann Perks Dies at 56

Theresa Ann Perks, 56, of Union Beach, died Thursday at Bayshore Community Hospital, Holmdel.  She was born in Connecticut.  She worked as a nurse with Regency Park Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Hazlet.

Theresa was predeceased by her parents, Hargis Caudill, Sr. and Audrey (Hagendorf) Caudill; and a brother, Butchie Caudill.  She is survived by four brothers, Michael Caudill and his wife Jackie of Brick; Hargis Caudill and his wife Dawn of Brick; Eric Caudill of NC; and Craig Caudill and his wife Lisa of NC; a sister, Barbara Serkus and her husband Steven of Union Beach; a dear aunt and second mother to Brittany, Gabrielle, Katie and Emily Serkus; several nieces and nephews; and great nieces and great nephews.  She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
