Mr. Dempsey was an exceptional school administrator during my grammar school days, As I remember it, he ALWAYS made sure that the upper-class students got to participate on fantastic class tips which left us with many great and lasting memories. RIP Mr. Dempsey . . . you were truly an advocate of enrichment for your students :-)

Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts on my dad. He truly loved the Cliffwood community and remembered each and every student (and their family). It means a great deal to us that so many people have remembered him at his passing. The youngest of his 6 boys, Michael Dempsey

Mr. Dempsey was my principle in Cliffwood Elementary School. He was a great principle. As a little kid, to me he was a huge figure, yet so mild mannered. We all had so much respect for him. I also went to 7th grade with Marty. My deepest condolences.
