Living in a fast paced world, sometimes we just need to get away for some quiet time to connect within. Crystal bowls can help. They may not be quiet, but I will be. No guided meditation or sharing at the end. Just breath work for relaxation, cord cutting to release you from energy that may be bringing you down and the healing vibrations of the bowls.

Used for thousands of years by all cultures, sound healing works on a cellular level. The vibrations help restore the correct vibrational frequency of the body and chakras, “lifting the issues out of the tissues” and just makes you feel good.  It is like a musical massage for the body. You may even fall asleep and still reap the benefits!
