Superstorm Sandy was an epic storm, the greatest natural disaster in the Jersey Shore's recorded history. Throughout Southern Ocean County it disrupted lives and rearranged neighborhoods.
Author of "Surviving Sandy", Scott Mazzella will show photos and talk about the history of devastating storm on Long Beach Island and will also discuss the cause and effects of Superstorm Sandy. Scott will also discuss the superstorm from its inception, to its devastating impact on the Long Beach Island area, and through the triumphs and tribulations the shore communities experienced.
Copies of the book will be available for purchase after the presentation.
